Use of Continue Watching Feature of YouTube to reduce bounce rate & increase Repeat viewers

YouTube, an American video-sharing website headquartered in San Bruno, California. Most of the content on YouTube has been uploaded by individuals, but media corporations including CBS, the BBC, Vevo, and Hulu offer some of their material via YouTube as part of the YouTube partnership program.
Recently YouTube has added a small and simple feature on its website which helps regular user to watch the videos from the last point where they have left it. This feature works for a logged in user. When he watches any video partially and again visit the website after some time then he is being shown that video in the continue watching section on home page. This feature is very customer engaging as most of the time due to paucity of time user is not able to watch his favorite episodes of TV series (e.g “Comedy nights with Kapil, WWE RAW” etc) in one go so with this feature there is more chance that user would be spending more time on the website.
