About Eldorado

Over the course of 2 years we’ve conducted several UX Hackathons: be it physical or completely online, be it for learning or for improving commercial products, be it for social good or government initiatives, be it for Hiring or just for fun.

Along the way we’ve collected a repository of knowledge, something of a collective thought process on problem solving, on how products should be, on what constitutes great user experiences.

As the UX field evolves, the most important element is its application to the real-world:

- How does the user benefit?

- How does UX impact business, positively?

- How can commercial goals be achieved by not compromising on the user experience?

This repository focuses squarely on this very point across 500+ solutions for 50+ challenges featuring popular products including Uber, Netflix, Zomato and many more. And the repository will only grow as we tackle more challenges in the days to come.

We believe this repository of knowledge has immense value for any practitioner of UX, any creator of products and anyone who deals with customers. We also believe that people who are transitioning to this field or plan to, can supplement their learnings with these real world examples of problem solving.

Today, we are glad to present this repository of knowledge to you. Think of it as a nebulous idea of a problem solving marketplace, where knowledge and its real-world application, are rewarded. If this succeeds, and we will try our best to ensure that, we feel that this is Step 1 in a long journey to fix what’s broken in UX and products, globally - a deep understanding of the user.
