Launching Leaderboard

We are happy and proud to present Leaderboards to you today. We are excited with this launch because this opens up many possibilities for all the awesome stuff you have done so far and will do on UXHack (more on this later).

What we are launching today is v1 (we already have plans until v3 ready and in our backlog, so there is lots to come), is a way for you to find out where you stand in the community, now 500+ strong. Check the leaderboard here to check your rank. All of your contributions till date have accrued points to you, from taking part in an event, to posting a snippet, to winning.

Each activity has points associated with it, we call them UXP. You can check your profile (here) to see all the UXP you have got, and how you can get more UXP. Again this is v1, so lots more opportunities for getting points, coming soon.

And incase you are low on UXP, well now is a good time to get started.

Reason?

The leaderboard and your public profile will help companies shortlist talent for events we conduct and also hiring.

Finally, if you are in the top 10, heartiest: Congratulations! You’ve earned it. Now go out and showcase it to your networks.

And yes, there is lots more on the way (coins, levels, badges and and and.. ok we’ll stop now).
