Atomberg:Improve warranty registration form

Atomberg is a leading smart home applicances brand in India, and its mobile site includes a warranty registration screen to help buyers claim an extra year of warranty. However, the current layout looks cluttered, which can confuse a user. The users mostly come to this page after scanning a QR code that they receive with their product booklet. Improve the warranty screen (first fold only) to simplify the experience and make it easy for a user to fill in the fields. You may choose to add, reorder or remove fields as you deemed fit.
