We are incubators of high-quality, dedicated software engineering teams for our clients. We work with large organizations to help them scale or modernize their technology solutions. We also work with startups to help them operationalize their idea efficiently. Incubyte strives to find people who are passionate about coding, learning and growing along with us. We work with a limited number of clients at a time on dedicated, long term commitments with an aim to bringing a product mindset into services. 

What we are looking for 

We’re looking to hire UX/UI Craftspeople. People who are proud of the way they work, the products they build, the code they write and the impact they make. High quality, motivated and passionate people who make great teams. Talented and insightful people to turn software into easy-to-use products for our clients. 

What you’ll be doing 

You own the user’s journey. You will be gathering user requirements, creating wireframes, designing the frontend and converting those designs to code. You’ll get feedback on your work and have a constant eye towards improvement. 

You’ll use human centered design principals to create products that matter. You will work in a product team. Building products, enhancing the user experience and continuously providing value to end users. 

You must be extremely hands-on and obsessive about delivering clean products. You’ll do whatever it takes to meet development timelines. And, most importantly, you’ll be making a pledge that you’ll never stop learning!

Must Have: Human centered design experience, prototyping using Sketch, InVision, Axure, Framer, Balsamiq or equivalent, visual designs using Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent; HTML/CSS; Experience using source control 

Nice to Have: JavaScript, Angular, experience using source control
