Job Summary:

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our team in the Fintech industry.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in designing digital products in the financial sector.
• You will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across multiple platforms and devices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to define product requirements and create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
2. Conduct user research and testing to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
3. Create high-fidelity visual designs and design systems that adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for usability
4. Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively
5. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies in the financial industry

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in product design for digital products in the financial industry
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills, including user research, user flows, wireframes, visual design, and design systems Experience designing for mobile and web platforms Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Understanding of UX best practices and the ability to conduct user research and testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus
• Education: Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
