Job Description
We’re a small team with insanely large ambitions. We are looking for a UI/Graphic Designer who is passionate about creating great looking and easy to use Interfaces. You should have an eye for clean and artistic design, and possess superior UI skills to be able to translate high - level requirements into beautiful, intuitive and functional user interfaces in collaboration with our product/UX/tech teams.
What will your job entail:
? Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps
? Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, banners, infographics, etc) for use in our newsletters, customer emails, social media platforms or website
? Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, banners and widgets. Build page navigation buttons and search fields
? Develop and present UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate the product functionality and looks
? Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
? Create visual elements for partner integrations
? Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
Key Requirements:
? 1.5-3 years of experience in Graphic and UI Design, preferably in a product based startup
? Proven experience in UI design for consumer/SME facing products with a strong portfolio
? Excellent eye for design along with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
? Experience with multiple visual design programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma
? Working knowledge in wire-framing tools, storyboards, user flows, and site mapping
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Able to work independently and as an active member of a team, with strong adherence to timelines
