About the Role:
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our applications team to power our aggressive growth across different business verticals (Eg. Banking, Insurance, NBFCs, Consumer Electronics, Airlines, DTH) via our canned application offerings (Eg. Phone Banking Customer Support Voicebot, Insurance Premium Collections Voicebot).
In this role, the candidate will be responsible to build and maintain multiple applications on VIVA platform and position them as a differentiated and deep offering for each vertical.
This is a dynamic role that will require close collaboration with not only ML Engineers and designers on the team, but with other solution and sales teams, and balancing of many competing priorities. You will have direct revenue impact and own application success and product quality metrics.
What You Will Work On:
Lead customer discovery by interviewing client sponsors for different use-cases to firm Skits’s hypothesis of going after specific applications Launch applications to expand Skit's offering in target customer verticals Own customer experience and product quality of applications Expand the scope of applications to reduce the need for customizations for clients Partner with marketing team to build collaterals like case studies, demos and technical data-sheets Set and measures application success metrics and outcomes, and continually optimise processes to make client’s successful
What Will Help You Be Successful:
2+ years as a product manager or product / business analyst Keen eye for detail with very strong analytical skills Ability to lead via influence as an individual contributor Experience of working in cross functional teams High agency and ability to work without waiting for things to be perfect Huge bonus for having an entrepreneurial experience
