Steady Rabbit is looking for a Senior UI UX Designer for a client. The client is pioneering the future of commercial real estate data with AI-driven solutions. Their platform transforms unstructured lease information into structured data, providing comprehensive insights and analytics.

Role: Senior UI UX Designer

Experience: 6-8 yrs

Commercials: Rs 30-40L

Location: Remote

Part-time/Full-time: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas. Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize existing interfaces and design new ones.
• Ensure designs adhere to brand standards and maintain design consistency across the platform.

Qualifications:

• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
• Educational Qualification from top design institutes like NID will be preferred. If not, it should be compensated with experience in good product companies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices. Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
