Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap for the pod
- Break down visions into MVPs, iterations and fast‑shippable experiments
- Collaborate with designers, engineers and data analysts to bring ideas to life
- Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and adoption
- Track and improve key metrics such as acquisition, engagement, retention and monetization
Eligibility
- Product Management experience (2‑5 years) in startup or consumer tech
- Proven track record of shipping full products, not just features
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with comfort handling data
- Experience using AI tools in product workflows
