Product Designer

Overview

Responsible for authoring user journeys, wireframes, and visual UI/UX designs, collaborating with technology teams to develop, test, and launch digital assets, and continuously improving the digital customer experience for Aditya Birla Capital.

Responsibilities

• Author and validate business requirement documents and design user journeys, wireframes, and visual UI/UX for digital assets.
• Collaborate with IT/tech teams to develop, perform UAT, and launch digital products, ensuring issues are resolved.
• Analyze data and incorporate customer feedback for continuous product improvement.
• Manage project delivery across business and shared services, coordinating integrations and timelines.
• Drive customer‑journey centricity across lines of business, aligning UI/UX guidelines and promoting synergy.

Eligibility

• Expertise in digital product design and UX/UI for fintech.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder collaboration.
• Educational background in Design, Engineering, Business or related field (e.g., B.Des, B.Tech, MBA).
