Application Designer

Overview

The Application Designer will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing business needs, and translating them into functional specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in Workday Core HCM.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently and become an SME
• Participate in team discussions and contribute to solutions
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application designs and processes
• Engage in testing and validation processes

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM
• 15 years of full-time education
• Proficiency in Workday Core HCM
