Application Designer

Overview

The Application Designer will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. The goal is to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver high-quality applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert
• Participate in team discussions and contribute to solutions
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application designs and processes
• Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• 15 years of full-time education
• Proficiency in Workday Core HCM
