Overview

The Product Owner leads product vision by representing the customer, shaping the roadmap and backlog, and iterating through continuous feedback loops.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and manage cross‑functional teams, acting as an SME and decision maker.
• Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and development teams to align on product goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and lessons learned into development.
• Mentor junior team members and support their growth within the team.
• Provide solutions to problems across multiple teams and ensure delivery of client needs.

Eligibility

• Product ownership with strong backend expertise in Spring Boot and microservices.
• Minimum 7.5 years of relevant experience, especially with Spring Boot.
• 15 years of full‑time education required.
