Overview
Accenture is seeking a User Experience Arch Analyst to shape intuitive, scalable, and intelligent user experiences for modern enterprise operations. The role involves independently leading UX design efforts across complex operational platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on UX design capability and experience designing enterprise or large-scale digital products.
Experience
2 to 5 years
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end UX design for enterprise and operations-focused platforms
- Translate complex business and operational requirements into simple, intuitive, and scalable user experiences
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, automation architects, and business stakeholders to shape and deliver high-quality solutions
- Design user journeys, workflows, interfaces, and interaction patterns that support automation-led and intelligent operations
- Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and interaction models using Figma and modern design tools
Eligibility
- Master of Design/Bachelor of Fine Art (Applied Art)/Master of Fine Art Applied Art
- 2 to 5 years of experience
- Proven proficiency in Figma and familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools
