Overview
Accenture is seeking a User Experience Arch Analyst to design intuitive, scalable, and intelligent user experiences for modern enterprise operations. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, automation-led, and technology-enabled operating models. The ideal candidate will have strong UX design capabilities and experience with Figma and modern design tools.

Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end UX design for enterprise and operations-focused platforms
- Translate complex business and operational requirements into simple, intuitive, and scalable user experiences
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, automation architects, and business stakeholders to shape and deliver high-quality solutions
- Design user journeys, workflows, interfaces, and interaction patterns that support automation-led and intelligent operations
- Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and interaction models using Figma and modern design tools
Eligibility
- Master of Design/Bachelor of Fine Art (Applied Art)/Master of Fine Art Applied Art
- 2 to 5 years of experience in UX design
- Strong hands-on UX design capability with experience designing enterprise or large-scale digital products
