User Experience Engineer

Overview

As a User Experience Engineer, the role involves taking ownership of prototype development and delivering software engineering solutions that enhance the overall user experience. This role requires transforming design ideas into functional prototypes swiftly while carefully balancing the technical feasibility and the original design vision. The position demands close collaboration with various teams to ensure that the user interface is both intuitive and effective.

Responsibilities

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into prototype designs
• Continuously evaluate and improve user interface prototypes based on feedback and usability testing

Eligibility

• Microsoft User Interface Design expertise
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• 15 years full time education
