User Experience Engineer

Overview

User Experience Engineer responsible for creating and refining prototypes to enhance software interactions, translating design concepts into tangible solutions while balancing technical feasibility and design intent. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, conducts user research, and ensures alignment with user-centered design principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
• Participate actively in team discussions and provide problem-solving solutions.
• Engage in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the final product aligns with design vision and user needs.
• Create wireframes and prototypes using tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in User Experience (UX) Design
• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX Design
• 15 years of full-time education required
