Senior Director, Product Management

Overview

Senior Director of Product will lead the Affirm Card and Card Platform, owning end‑user experience, business outcomes, and the underlying issuance and servicing infrastructure. This pillar‑level role defines strategy, builds a high‑performing team, and drives durable growth for a core financial product.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi‑year vision for the Affirm Card, covering consumer experience, growth, and economics.
• Lead US direct‑to‑consumer card products and the Card Platform that powers issuance, authorization, ledgering, and servicing.
• Build and manage a high‑performing product organization, including PMs and PM leaders, and establish product standards and operating cadence.
• Own GMV, engagement, unit economics, and credit outcomes, shaping investment strategy and resource allocation across product areas.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, Credit, Legal, Partnerships, and external networks to scale the platform and represent the Card domain in executive forums.

Eligibility

• 15+ years of product management experience leading multi‑team product areas or platforms
• Deep experience in payments, cards, fintech, and both consumer‑facing products and backend platforms
• Proven ability to manage managers and build high‑performing product teams
