Senior Product Manager, Consumer Payments

Overview

The Senior Product Manager on the Consumer Payments team will design and launch new payment experiences that improve repayment ease, conversion, and cost-effectiveness. This cross‑functional role partners with engineering, design, analytics, finance and partnerships to shape safe, scalable payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze payment friction points and share insights across the team
• Create and launch new payment experiences from discovery through release
• Design and run experiments to boost conversion, payment success, and reduce cost
• Define safe, cost‑effective payment processing strategies balancing performance and risk
• Own the roadmap, align cross‑functional partners, and present strategy to senior leaders

Eligibility

• Payments, fintech, or e‑commerce domain expertise
• 5+ years of product management experience, including data‑driven decision making and experiment design
