Staff Product Manager, Credit & Pricing

Overview

The Staff Product Manager will lead the Credit & Pricing team to define and execute the vision for consumer credit experiences across shopping, repayment, and marketing, turning complex credit capabilities into intuitive products that drive activation and trust.

Responsibilities

• Set product direction and define a cohesive vision for consumer credit experiences.
• Design and build experiences that make credit understandable and personalize consumer journeys.
• Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and credit teams to translate platform capabilities into clear outcomes.
• Lead cross‑functional decision making, influencing senior leaders and aligning stakeholders.
• Define success metrics, conduct discovery and experiments, and use data to improve activation, conversion and repeat engagement.

Eligibility

• FinTech or e‑commerce product management background, preferably with credit or lending experience.
• 7+ years of product management experience leading end‑to‑end consumer products.
