AIFISE is seeking a Product Manager to bridge user insights, business goals, and technical capabilities, driving product direction for automation and compliance solutions in financial institutions. The role involves solving real problems, prioritizing effectively, and guiding cross‑functional teams toward impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering leadership, product managers, and cross‑functional teams to architect, build, and maintain frontend and backend systems
- Drive feature development, system optimization, and performance improvements
- Ensure high standards of security and code quality across the technology stack
- Write clear specifications, user flows, and acceptance criteria
- Utilize data and research to inform product decisions and prioritize work
Eligibility
- Experience building and shipping digital products in SaaS or fintech environments
