Overview
Product Manager for personal loans at Airtel Finance, responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of the loan product lifecycle and driving conversion while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
- Own the personal loan roadmap, proposition and customer experience across the full lifecycle
- Improve offer‑to‑disbursal conversion by diagnosing funnel drop‑offs and implementing fixes
- Collaborate with credit, risk, compliance and third‑party partners to design eligible, priced offers within RBI guidelines
- Manage integrations with NBFCs, credit bureaus and KYC vendors and build shared platform services
- Work with growth and marketing on acquisition and cross‑sell, tracking leads, approvals and portfolio quality
Eligibility
- Product management experience in fintech (3+ years)
- 4-7 years total professional experience
- Experience launching and scaling digital lending products, preferably unsecured personal loans
