Product Manager, Data Platform

Overview

The Product Manager, Data Platform at Alegeus will lead the vision, strategy and roadmap for scalable data products and services, partnering with engineering, AI and data science teams to deliver reusable platform capabilities. This role drives cross‑functional alignment and product lifecycle execution across multiple scrum teams to support both operational and analytical use cases.

Responsibilities

• Co‑lead vision, strategy and roadmap for data platform capabilities across the Alegeus portfolio
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, AI and Data Science teams to build reusable ingestion, transformation and AI enablement services
• Partner with domain Product Managers to embed data insights into partner, employer and participant experiences
• Drive cross‑functional alignment ensuring the platform supports operational and analytical use cases and business strategy
• Oversee product lifecycle across multiple scrum teams to deliver high‑impact data capabilities at scale

Eligibility

• Deep technical fluency in data architectures, modeling, transformation pipelines and modern data platforms
• 7+ years B2B product management experience in platform, data or infrastructure roles within SaaS or enterprise technology, with a proven record of building and scaling data platforms, APIs, lakehouses or real‑time processing
• Bachelor’s degree required (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business or related field; preferred advanced study in these areas
• Based in Bangalore, India
