Amazon is looking for a Senior User Experience Designer to work with Product Management, Engineering, and other teams to grow how sellers fulfill orders, with the goal of exceeding customer expectations. The ideal candidate is a passionate and pragmatic designer who can gather and synthesize customer data to propose new solutions. The role involves designing tools that will highly impact Amazon Selling Partners in Europe.

Responsibilities
- Identify seller needs and design delightful solutions with measurable impact
- Work with product team to develop high-level requirements
- Create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups
- Present and defend design recommendations to partners, stakeholders, and senior leadership
- Measure the success and effectiveness of deliverables through metrics and user anecdotes
Eligibility
- 8+ years of design experience
- Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
- Online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions
