Overview
Senior Product Manager - Tech on Amazon Health Services' One Medical team, responsible for strategy and execution of platforms that ingest, normalize, and surface customer‑generated and third‑party health data. The role drives data quality, regulatory compliance, and actionable insights for clinicians and patients.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and multi‑year roadmap for health data ingestion, normalization, enrichment, and clinical surfacing.
- Translate HIPAA, FHIR/HL7, consent, and state privacy constraints into clear product requirements for engineering.
- Design and own metrics framework for data quality, completeness, and clinical utility.
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Compliance, Privacy, Platform Engineering, Applied Scientists and Engineers to deliver solutions.
- Influence cross‑functional teams in a matrixed environment to deliver data platforms and ML‑driven insights.
Eligibility
- Domain expertise in healthcare data, HIPAA, FHIR/HL7 interoperability
- Experience owning product roadmaps and delivering technical products
- Experience with ML/AI product management and model lifecycle (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree (required); Master's in a quantitative/technical field (preferred)
