Overview

Senior Manager, Payment Token Services at American Express leading product management for next‑generation token products to boost checkout conversion, spend and partner experience. Drives product strategy, development, go‑to‑market execution and industry standards in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design new token products, features and experiences based on data and customer insights
• Define business requirements and partner with engineering to deliver product capabilities
• Lead product enhancements through development process and advocate for optimal customer outcomes
• Define and track product metrics/KPIs, collect feedback and refine feature backlog
• Create and execute go‑to‑market strategy with marketing, sales, partner enablement and servicing teams

Eligibility

• 5+ years of product management or product development experience, preferably in payments
• Experience managing token or other payments products
• Eligibility to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
