Senior Product Manager

Overview

Senior Product Manager at Animall, based in Gurugram (on-site), responsible for driving product strategy, managing the full product lifecycle and improving key metrics for products serving rural India users.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy by identifying high‑impact opportunities using data, user research, and first‑principles thinking
• Own the product lifecycle from defining requirements to launching high‑quality features
• Monitor product health by tracking metrics such as DAU, retention, and conversion funnels and take data‑driven actions
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Operations to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Engage directly with users, especially in rural India, to understand needs and validate product decisions

Eligibility

• 5+ years of Product Management experience (or equivalent founder/operator experience)
• Proven track record of building and launching products or features from scratch
• Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on experience using SQL, logs, and data‑driven decision making
