Product Manager (Expense Management)

Overview

Aspire is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own and scale its expense management platform within the Spend team. The role involves full‑stack product ownership from discovery through launch, hands‑on design, and close collaboration with engineering, sales, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product development for expense products, from discovery and design to launch and implementation
• Create high‑fidelity designs using Aspire's design system and translate problem framing into detailed flows
• Manage the expense roadmap and feature backlog, prioritising based on customer impact and business goals
• Define and monitor quality and health metrics such as adoption, usage, and reliability, and act on insights
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Commercial teams and regularly engage with customers to inform product decisions

Eligibility

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably full‑stack and consumer‑facing
• Background in fintech, design‑led, or e‑commerce companies with hands‑on design expertise
• Strong project management skills and understanding of finance management concepts (expenses, approvals, reimbursements)
