Overview
Senior Product Manager, Cards at Aspire responsible for defining strategy, roadmap and execution of multi‑geography card programs, and leading integrations to scale issuing infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Own the cards product roadmap and drive launch and growth performance
- Lead integration with card networks, issuers, processors and ensure reliable authorization, clearing and settlement
- Manage complex cross‑functional delivery timelines with engineering, design, operations, compliance and commercial teams
- Negotiate and maintain partner relationships with networks, issuers and payment partners
- Ensure programs meet regulatory, scheme and security standards across markets
Eligibility
- 5+ years experience as a Project/Product Manager in cards, fintech or banking infrastructure
- Track record of owning and scaling card products (0>1 or 1>10)
- Background in engineering, data or fintech preferred; no specific degree mandated
