Senior Product Designer at Aspora will lead end-to-end product design for its international fintech platform, shaping both user experience and visual design while evolving the design system. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution and mentorship of junior designers.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design processes including research, wireframing, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
- Shape and scale the design system to ensure consistency, accessibility and efficiency across platforms
- Mentor and support a small team of designers, fostering craft growth and collaboration
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering and growth teams to define user-centered features and clear flows
- Advocate UX best practices through user interviews, usability testing and design critique rituals
Eligibility
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably on consumer-facing platforms
- Proven leadership in scaling design systems and mentoring junior designers
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools, prototyping and responsive design principles
