Overview

ASRC Federal seeks a remote Microsoft 365 Product Manager (Product Success SME) to support the DoD Education Activity contract, providing functional expertise for adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate Microsoft 365 services and roadmap impacts, recommending actions.
• Gather and translate business requirements into collaboration, automation, and productivity solutions.
• Support release readiness, change management, pilot programs, UAT and feature validation with stakeholders.
• Develop training materials, workshops, and communications to drive user adoption.
• Create and maintain automation scripts, dashboards, and reports using PowerShell, Graph, Power Platform, and Power BI.

Eligibility

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree with minimum five years of enterprise Microsoft 365 experience
• Proven experience with Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Intune, Power Platform and related services
