Product Management Manager

Overview

Athenahealth is seeking a Product Management Manager to join the Payer Solutions team within the Interoperability Zone in Chennai. The role focuses on building products that enable seamless data exchange and collaboration between payer and provider organizations. The ideal candidate will drive and execute the product roadmap supporting athenahealth's Value-Based Care strategy.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and delivery for payer interoperability and Value-Based Care initiatives
• Define features, epics, user stories, and business requirements with a strong focus on customer outcomes and user experience
• Prioritize product backlogs and make trade-off decisions between scope, schedule, and business value
• Collaborate with scrum teams to deliver scalable interoperability solutions and platform capabilities
• Become a subject matter expert in healthcare interoperability, payer-provider workflows, and regulatory requirements

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 8+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, or relevant Engineering experience
• Strong experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in complex business environments
