Senior Product Manager – AI & Healthcare Analytics

Overview

The Senior Product Manager will lead AI‑enabled product development for the Value‑Based Care Analytics & Performance team in Bangalore, shaping vision, roadmaps and delivery of core and AI-driven healthcare solutions. The role collaborates with cross‑functional scrum teams, data science, UX and go‑to‑market functions to improve clinical outcomes and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, AI‑enabled capabilities and outcome‑based roadmaps
• Lead discovery, user research, and validation of high‑value use cases
• Write epics and user stories, prioritize backlogs and work with scrum teams to deliver features
• Manage product lifecycle including release monitoring, issue triage and AI model governance
• Collaborate with UX, Data Science, Engineering, Sales and Marketing for go‑to‑market and stakeholder alignment

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in healthcare/health‑IT and clinical workflows
• 10+ years total experience with 6+ years in product management, Agile/Scrum product ownership
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
