Senior Product Manager – AI & Healthcare Analytics

Overview

The Senior Product Manager will lead AI-enabled product development for the Value‑Based Care Analytics & Performance team at athenahealth in Bangalore, shaping product vision, roadmaps, and delivery across core and AI features. The role involves close collaboration with scrum teams, stakeholders, and data science to ensure safe, trustworthy AI integration that improves clinical outcomes and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and AI‑enabled roadmaps aligned with customer problems and business goals
• Lead discovery, user research, and validation of high‑value use cases and AI model requirements
• Write epics and user stories, prioritize backlogs, and work with scrum teams to deliver core and AI features
• Own product metrics, monitor post‑release performance, and iterate based on analytics and feedback
• Champion responsible AI practices, including safety testing, bias evaluation, explainability, and manage go‑to‑market strategies

Eligibility

• Experience in healthcare/health‑IT product management (value‑based care preferred)
• Minimum 10+ years professional experience with at least 6+ years as a Product Manager
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
