UX Designer (2 to 4 years)

Overview

The role focuses on human‑centered UX research and design for AI‑native healthcare products, emphasizing document interoperability and cross‑organization workflows. It blends AI‑assisted design, specification‑driven development, and evidence‑based research to solve complex, data‑rich clinical problems.

Responsibilities

• Use AI across research, synthesis, problem framing, specification, exploration, prototyping and validation in an AI‑native design approach.
• Contribute to evolving specification‑driven development (SDD) practices and evaluate AI‑generated output for accuracy, bias and usability.
• Plan and conduct user research with healthcare professionals, practice staff, clients and domain experts, extracting meaningful patterns from qualitative feedback.
• Translate research insights into clear problem definitions, workflows, experience principles and detailed interface designs, including user flows, IA, wireframes and prototypes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, clients and clinical experts to evaluate trade‑offs, drive scoped work forward and communicate progress and risks.

Eligibility

• Healthcare domain expertise combined with AI‑assisted design and UX research experience
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in UX/product design, research, service design, or related fields; experience with complex, data‑rich products is preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, Business or equivalent practical experience
