Overview
Product Lead for Customer Managed Keys (CMK) and Encryption Platform at Atlassian, owning strategy, roadmap and delivery of encryption capabilities across Atlassian Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for CMK and encryption platform across Atlassian Cloud
- Align product scope and platform boundaries, driving cross‑functional execution with engineering, security, legal, and go‑to‑market teams
- Prioritize investments balancing customer demand, risk reduction, platform leverage, and commercial impact
- Lead key initiatives such as CMK expansion, platform standardization, and key management evolution
- Represent the product area to executives, customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity of goals and success metrics
Eligibility
- Significant product management experience leading complex platform or enterprise products
- Deep expertise in encryption, key management, and cloud security architectures
- Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders across engineering, security, legal, compliance, and sales
