Overview
The Launchpad Fellowship is a full‑time, in‑office internship at Atlys for final‑year students or recent graduates, offering hands‑on experience across growth, operations, product and strategy in a high‑growth startup. Fellows work on cross‑functional projects, own a capstone challenge, and receive mentorship from leadership.
Responsibilities
- Work on business problems across growth and strategy, conduct research, identify opportunities, and turn insights into actionable recommendations
- Manage core visa operations and improve customer journeys to deliver seamless experiences at scale
- Identify user pain points and operational inefficiencies, collaborating with product and process teams to build better solutions, tools, and workflows
- Collaborate with multiple teams, take ownership of projects, and prioritize rapid problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment
- Lead a real business challenge, develop a solution, present to leadership, and receive regular mentorship and feedback
