Product Designer

Overview

Atlys is seeking a Product Designer to shape simple, intuitive experiences across the Atlys app and website. The role involves working closely with Product and Engineering to understand user problems and turn complex travel journeys into clear, delightful product experiences. This is a high-ownership role that requires moving comfortably from discovery to detailed execution.

Responsibilities

• Own design from discovery to execution by understanding user problems, exploring solutions, prototyping ideas and taking designs through to launch
• Simplify complex product journeys across visa applications and new travel products, reducing friction and making every step easier to understand
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape requirements, make trade-offs and ship high-quality experiences quickly
• Test and improve designs with users and data by validating hypotheses, gathering feedback and iterating based on what you learn
• Build scalable design systems and patterns that improve consistency, speed and quality across the Atlys product experience

Eligibility

• 3-5 years of product design experience in a technology company or similarly fast-moving digital product environment
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking, from problem definition and user flows to polished interaction and visual design
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and edge cases into intuitive, easy-to-use experiences
