- Lead end‑to‑end design of shared experiences across web, mobile, and desktop with a systems‑level perspective
- Design AI‑powered interactions emphasizing trust, transparency, and error recovery
- Utilize AI‑assisted design tools for generative prototyping and accelerated iteration
- Contribute reusable patterns and documentation to the Weave design system
- Communicate design rationale and provide constructive feedback across a global, distributed team
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of commercial UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing systems‑level work
- Deep expertise in Figma, including components, variables, prototyping, and Dev Mode
