The role blends product management, technical prompt engineering, and customer partnership to scale solutions to millions of users.

Responsibilities
- Lead deployment of Voice AI agents for major consumer enterprises, making them mission‑critical for customer engagement
- Design and optimize enterprise‑grade agents by mapping workflows, writing and testing prompt logic, and collaborating with engineering
- Engage with customers to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, address technical challenges, and tailor agents to business processes
- Partner with VP and C‑level executives to define AI roadmaps, align deployments with strategic goals, and measure impact
- Own a portfolio of deployments end‑to‑end, driving adoption, expansion, and feeding feedback into product and engineering
Eligibility
- Experience in AI implementation, product management, strategy consulting or solutions engineering
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in AI‑native companies or adjacent domains
- Technical background such as Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
