Responsibilities
- Define the AI capability roadmap and prioritize features that drive impact and competitive advantage.
- Set and enforce enterprise‑grade quality standards including reliability, explainability, compliance, and safety.
- Lead cross‑pillar alignment and integration contracts with platform product managers.
- Conduct customer discovery and use data‑driven insights to shape product decisions.
- Own end‑to‑end execution from concept through shipping and impact measurement.
Eligibility
- Deep expertise in AI/LLM product development for enterprise software.
- Proven experience shipping AI‑native products with deep LLM integration, cost optimization, and cross‑functional coordination.
