Contractor - Specialist, Digital Learning

Overview

The Manager, Digital Learning Systems will work within Bain’s Global Training team to provide technical and functional support to the core learning platform. This role includes system updates, integrations, analyzing new functionality, and configuration changes. The goal is to enable new features and measure learning impact.

Responsibilities

• Support, configure and administer learning systems, and system upgrades
• Troubleshoot customer requests and maintain agreed SLAs
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure learning technology is fully operational
• Develop test plans, monitor acceptance criteria, and communicate new feature releases
• Test and maintain technical integration with other Bain HR and content systems

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience with learning or HR technology tools
• BA/BS or equivalent, with strong academic credentials or equivalent experience
• Experience with learning standards including SCORM, AICC, and/or xAPI for learning data analysis
