Lead Product Designer

Overview

Product Designer responsible for end‑to‑end design of high‑traffic B2C web and mobile products, collaborating cross‑functionally to deliver user‑centric experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product design for high‑traffic B2C digital products across web and mobile.
• Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create and maintain design systems, reusable components and interaction patterns.
• Present design decisions to senior stakeholders and iterate based on feedback and analytics.

Eligibility

• Minimum 6+ years experience in UX/Product Design for B2C products.
• Design degree (BDes/MDes) from Tier‑1 college (NIT, NIFT, IIT) – Tier‑2 considered secondary.
• Candidates located in Pune or Mumbai, age 30‑34, able to attend F2F interviews.
