Product Design Lead (Design Systems, Usability, B2C) - GB06

Overview

Leads design excellence for digital customer journeys across app and web, managing a design team and owning end‑to‑end design, research, testing and design‑system governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design vision and strategy for app and web journeys
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of designers, including performance and capability building
• Conduct user research and drive A/B testing and experimentation in partnership with analytics
• Champion adoption and governance of the organization’s design system across the POD
• Track and report design impact using CX metrics and iterate for continuous improvement

Eligibility

• 5+ years of digital product design experience for app and web, with a strong portfolio
• Minimum 1 year of experience leading and managing designers (direct reports)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design (UX/UI, Interaction Design, HCI) or related field
