Overview
Barclays is hiring a Vice President level Mobile UX Designer in Bengaluru to create best-in-class digital banking experiences aligned to customer needs and commercial goals.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design and implement user‑centric digital banking products and journeys.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, analysts and other stakeholders to translate requirements into compelling UX solutions.
- Create interactive prototypes, wireframes and visual designs, iterating based on feedback and technical constraints.
- Conduct user research, usability testing and data analysis to inform design decisions and measure post‑launch impact.
- Evaluate technical feasibility, legal compliance and governance, and stay abreast of fintech design trends to drive innovation.
Eligibility
- Expertise in UX/UI design for financial or fintech products.
- Proven senior‑level (VP) experience leading design initiatives.
