Overview
BitGo is seeking a Product Designer to lead end‑to‑end design of its institutional fintech platform, working cross‑functionally to create intuitive, data‑heavy experiences. The role involves research, prototyping, and evolving the design system in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design work from problem framing to shipping high‑quality product experiences
- Conduct research, ideation, prototyping, usability testing and iterate designs
- Create personas, journeys, flows, wireframes and high‑fidelity UI for complex, data‑heavy workflows
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and cross‑functional teams to implement designs
- Contribute to and evolve the design system, facilitating critiques and workshops
Eligibility
- Fintech / Institutional finance domain expertise
- 5+ years of product design experience for web or mobile, preferably in fintech or blockchain
