Responsibilities

• Drive rapid AI‑native product delivery cycles and bring customer value to market in weeks.
• Translate customer, market, and fundraising insights into a prioritized roadmap.
• Lead product initiatives from concept through launch, adoption, and optimization.
• Define success metrics, monitor performance, and use data‑driven insights for improvement.
• Create clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs balancing immediate needs and long‑term innovation.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment.

Eligibility

• Product management experience in SaaS or cloud‑based digital products.
• 5+ years of experience with digital marketing, AI‑powered solutions, and fundraising technologies.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, discovery, experimentation, and iterative development.
