Sr User Experience Designer

Overview

The User Experience (UX) Designer at Blackbaud will design web‑based software solutions that delight users and support the company’s social good mission, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Frame user problems and ideate multiple solution approaches
• Create and test prototypes to validate usability and value
• Document and communicate design decisions to cross‑functional peers
• Contribute to the design system and foster strong product team relationships
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools to accelerate delivery and explore emerging capabilities

Eligibility

• 5+ years of UX design experience including user research, prototyping, and visual communication
• Proven experience designing end‑to‑end solutions using user‑centered design techniques
• Strong communication, collaboration, and openness to feedback
