Lead / Principal Product Manager – Agentic AI Products

Overview

Principal / Lead Product Manager driving AI-native enterprise automation products at BMC, responsible for end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept to General Availability.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for AI‑native automation solutions and conduct customer discovery.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX and cross‑functional teams to write requirements, prioritize work and deliver high‑quality products.
• Design AI‑native experiences ensuring enterprise‑grade governance, security and explainability.
• Partner with product marketing, sales and customer success to execute go‑to‑market launches and drive adoption.
• Analyze market trends, competitors and emerging AI technologies to inform product decisions.

Eligibility

• 8‑12+ years of product management experience in enterprise software
• Proven track record delivering AI products from concept to launch
• Technical background (software development or similar) with cloud‑native and distributed systems experience
